I thought I'd better write a little something about changes, delays and FAQs regarding how we are doing things during these difficult times thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic.
In store shopping is in-line with the Qld Governments Covid-19 safety plan. If you have been in a covid hotspot, in contact with someone who has tested positive or feel unwell with any of the symptoms in the past 2 weeks - we ask you do NOT come to the shop.
Those wishing to wear a mask are more than welcome to do so
We have Hand Sanitiser on the counters & adhere to the per square metre rulings.
In-person readings - bookings are preferred
PICK UP SERVICE:
We are now offering a pick-up service; local customers are welcome to select pick up during checkout to save on postage charges. We will notify you via email when your order is ready to collect from the store in Beaudesert.
If you are travelling to the shop and would like to ensure the items you are looking for are available, feel free to also select pick up so they can be placed aside for you to collect when you visit.
We are doing our best to get orders out to our wonderful customers as often as possible. We are back to posting almost daily - there are still some minor delays within the postal network depending on the delivery area.
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as your order is ready to leave.
Australia Post is overwhelmed with packages and mail at this time, they are working with minimal staff and adhering to strict covid-19 regulations which unfortunately does mean extended delays for some customers at times. According to Australia Post, some tracking information may not be updated as regularly as usual and may also cause issues for some of our customers waiting on orders to arrive. We already wear gloves while making many of our products for hygiene purposes, such as weighing and bagging your herbs, making our Tea blends etc. Our counter and workspaces have always been cleaned daily, now we have added extra disinfecting to our cleaning routines and wipe spaces down with it regularly throughout the day as well.
STOCK WE ORDER:
As you can imagine, many of our products that are not handcrafted and need to be ordered from our suppliers have been rather difficult to obtain during these times. We are doing our best to continue offering these products in the store, but some are impossible to get hold of due to either lengthy delays in shipping, stricter and longer delays in Customs and of course the currency conversions adding to the troubles. This has caused issues with not only the products we order in to resell, but also little things like packaging, bottles and even twine!
As many Aussies know, our NBN isn't as great as it could or should be. Unfortunately we are often finding our Internet dropping out constantly! It may take me a little longer to respond to emails but I promise I will do so ;) This also stems into Shipping issues and delays as Australia Post is often also having troubles and I pay/print shipping labels online.
Being on the NBN, our landline phone is also having a lot more trouble than usual with drop outs and at times just not working at all. If we do not answer your call, please leave us a message and contact number (spoken clearly) so we can get back to you as soon as possible.
