Tea is caffeine-free and rich in antioxidants, which may support overall health. Honeybush tea is soothing and calming, makes a wonderful bedtime tea.
Honeybush is commonly used for helping nursing mothers, menopausal symptoms, lowering blood sugar and for helping with colds/flus.
Preparation
- Add one teaspoon per cup
- Pour freshly boiled water over the tea leaves
- Allow to steep for 5-7 minutes for optimal flavour
- Strain your tea and Enjoy!
- Sweeten with honey, add milk or preferred additions for taste.
