Our workshops & classes are generally held upstairs in the store, if you require wheelchair access please get in touch with us before booking. Whilst most of our classes can be moved to accommodate, there may be a few that we can't move - we may be able to offer you a private one-on-one session instead.
INTUITIVE ART WORKSHOP - SATURDAY 23rd May - from 11am
In this Intuitive Art Workshop, you will learn how Art can be incorporated into your Spiritual practice, healing, or to help you connect with your Spirit Guides and own Inutition. This is the perfect class for those looking to slow down, reconnect with themselves, creatively express themselves or to simply let go and reset the mind and body.
We will discuss what intuitive art is, how to "do" it, how it can help you on your journey. This is not a typical "art class" - no experience or artistic talent is required, it is not about being perfect or creating a masterpiece, it is about releasing, healing, intuition and learning to let go.
What you will learn:
- What Intuitive Art is (and how to "do it")
- Colour Therapy - shifting emotional energy
- Basic painting techniques
- The Colour Wheel, Blending & Contrasts
- Different methods for different intentions
- Creating without Over Thinking
After a little theory, students will select a method and begin their own Intuitive Painting (on a 30x40cm canvas with acrylic paints), which you will then take home with you after the workshop for reflection (or to add to over time)
All materials are provided, as well as tea, coffee and cold water. Feel free to bring a notebook & pen to take notes if you'd like to do so & please wear comfy clothing that you don't mind getting a little paint on!

No shows will be charged the full workshop fee, cancellations will incur a 50% fee if spots are unable to be filled. Workshops are held upstairs in the store.
