Preparation
Hot Tea:
- Use 1 teaspoon per cup
- Steep in hot water (70-80°C) for 1-3 minutes (adjust time to taste to avoid bitterness)
- Strain, add honey, lemon or other chosen sweeteners if desired and enjoy.
Iced Tea:
Steep leaves in chilled, spring or filtered water in the fridge for several hours or overnight.

Allergens/Contraindications
