Full Moon Meditation (in person)
FULL MOON MEDITATION - Wednesday, 18th September
From 6.30pm (approx. 1.5 - 2hours)
Guided meditation with Emma, upstairs at the store afterhours.
What To Bring: (optional)
- Yoga/Meditation Cushion or Mat
- Wear warm & comfy clothes!
- Journal or notepad to take notes of your experience
