Magickal Uses: Placed around the house to calm problems and troubles to bring peace. Said to be useful in calming the tempers of an abusive spouse - though in all honesty you should probably leave them in this case!
Carried to attract friends and increase popularity.
Placed under your pillow it aids in sleep.
Healing Properties: Used as a sedative, to induce sleep, soothe the nerves and combat anxiety. Said to help treat herpes, reduce nerve pain and shingles.
Taken as a herbal tea, tincture or sometimes smoked.
Can help with nicotine withdrawls and is often smoked as a substitute while quitting smoking, gradually increasing the Passionflower and reducing the tobacco until you no longer crave a cigarette.
